If this vote is brought to motion, it is a passive consensus, which means if there are any key holders who disagree the rental will not be approved. There will be room for discussion during the meeting. The vote will be closed by Wednesday.
  • RMM now has a $100 monthly debit card for use by any lab hosts to provide for the labs. Process for accessing those funds is proposed by the board to be done by email with a 48 hr period for passive consensus from membership. • Space is generally not heavily used at this time.

    • His alternative location is DISCO next door.

    • This will allow us to start ensuring adequate supplies of equipment and materials.
    • Long term plan is to grow revenue to the point of having a equipment acquisition budget separate from operational and small equipment purchases.
    • Debit card purchase system approved by members in attendance - 7 in favor, 1 abstention, 0 opposed.
    • Kurt points out that this vote reaffirmed the vote made on the night of the proposal at the last meeting.
