We can get up and going with this.

What we have done

Purchased server service at Atlantic.net
Moved website and wiki to their hosting.
Purchased security certificate
Established RMM 501(c)3 account with Dreamhost.com. Supports our email accounts and mailing lists.
Very good range of services, scripting, installation instances
James reviewed and removed all WP plug-ins that we weren't using.

What we are considering

In progress

Integrating Wild Apricot with WordPress (new tools as of June 15th, 2015)

WildApricot API implenetation details
WildApricot API v2 specifications
Short version - it only fully integrates with https sites.

As of February 14th, Shirley sez "Wild Apricot was a less than optimal choice". Time to migrate away from it. Am reading through Chris Lema's Membership plugin 2015 review for pointers and tips.

As of March 2nd, looking at Sector67's framework, custom machine access plugin
